Anyone play guitar hero? I love it. I have the games 2 and 3,and I'm working on expert. In guitar hero 2 I'm on the tier with Phycobilly Freakout,
And on number 3 The tier with Knights of Cydonia. Any tips for getting farther? (without using cheats)

heck yeah! i have parts 1 and 2 (i'll get 3 for christmas hopefully) i've beaten 1 on expert and beaten ALL of the bonus songs on expert.

on 2 i have beaten the game on expert and beaten all the bonus songs EXEPT jordan on expert.(phycobilly freakout is a hard song, but the songs in the next section is much harder, trust me.)

i don't have part 3, but my older brothers do. (one is 25 and the other is 26) they came over for thanksgiving and brought part 3. i've beaten a few songs on expert, such as slow ride(extremely easy), rock you like a hurricane, paint it black, knights of cydonia(my favorote song of all time), and number of the beast.(extremely hard)

i can remember being stuck on phycobilly freakout. the only advice i can give is to practice the song alot and try useing hammer-ons and pull-offs.

I'm with you for Knights of Cydonia. I think its harder on 2 because when you hammer-on you have to be exact on the note, on three you don't. on 3 a great son for hammer-ons is cult of personality. On your solo you dont have to strum for a LONG time.

You figure someone who actually plays the guitar quite well would be good at Guitar Hero.

WRONG. God, I sucked when I first started. To this day, I still curse the fact that it's harder than ACTUALLY playing the guitar to the songs on there.

guitar hero is actually much easyer than a real guitar.

if you play a reall guitar but you can't play guitar hero well, than you must be playing som easy crap on the real guitar.

guitar hero is what inspired me to start playing a real guitar.

with 22 frets and 6 strings, there are over 130 different notes you can play, not counting all the different chords.

now chocolate milk has just beaten guitar hero on hard. (all he had to do was learn to do hmmer-ons and pull-offs.)
