I think that if you want people to come for money then try to get the Adsense Revenue Sharing system up and running. If you get that redy then I am sure that will attract many people. I have a list of a few of those places on a few of my blogs. If you get it up and running then I can put this sites name on them.

Not many people can handle the true power of a good forum. It blinds their eyes and they can never see again. Which is why they go to small forums that are so ugly that they don't even know where the HOME button is.

People will always submit crap. It's kinda par for the course, imo. And, the more people who come to the site, the more crap you're gonna see... Not trying to be pessimistic, but, that's the pattern I've noticed. Look at Newgrounds, it has a huge community and a high volume of submissions, so it stands to reason that most of it is 'crap.'
