Just an idea-



Games currently get us 21 points, about 10 posts on this forum. Not much. How about a raise to 50 or so? Something so that submitting games really makes a bigger difference in your points.



If your game is dispayed as one of the top rated or most played games, you get 5 points for 1st, 4 for 2nd, 3 for 3rd, and so on, and you get that reward every day your game is up there.



Just an idea.

Sounds like a good idea. But make the points lesser so the totals don't hit the roof. Ya know...

Also, a referalls program would be cool. You know, I put a GameGum logo on my site, and if someone clicks on it, then it links here and I get some GumPoints

I have tweaked them to give 40 points to game submitters, you are right it should be worth more.  Check out the actual amounts on the help page.



Also, GumPoints will be utilized for more purposes as GameGum grows, but for now they are just a symbol of status and community participation.
