Fixed annoying white line on right-hand side of screen.
Made ungrabbed powerups unload once they're off the screen to increase speed of game.
Made sheilds grabbable even when you already have one. This does NOT give you two sheilds, but does give you the points for collecting the powerup.

Due to request/complaints, I've upped the random spawning base chance from 1/80 to 1/60.
This means that ships will spawn more often at the start of the game.
1 is minused from chance every 2 seconds.
I also changed minimum chance from 1/20 to 1/10.
Good luck soldiers. It's alot harder now.
