Things you need to improve:
The background "sides" of the map cover the score counter. Youo can fix this by adding a new layer and putting the $ counter there.

And "press F5 to play again" is the cheapest "I don't know how to use a f*ing button" excuse EVER. Notably one has to click outside the flash object to even get that to work. What you need is a button object that says "on(release) { _root.gotoAndStop(1); }" on it.
