Referral Contest Update

We have begun to check IPs, emails, and various other metrics to ensure credible referrals.  This is all done through the control panel, and to settle the nerves of a few users who may feel overwhelmed by some of the top referring users, I can say that we have already discovered various forms of cheating among a few users.  Luckily, it is from a very select few.

Unfortunately, until we have reviewed all referrals and accounts, and properly discussed this with the people participating in the contest to ensure no accidental disqualifications, we will not be announcing anything.  You may see some banned users here very shortly though.  If you have gained referrals which you may think are fraudulent but not your fault, we can with your help try and weed out the fraudulent ones and allow you to remain in the competition.  Users who have obviously cheated won't be given this benefit (IE if we see a lot of IP fraud thats connected to the referring accounts IP).

I apologize for having to write such a downer of a post.  Looking at the upside, you know can rest in peace knowing justice will be served and some cool new stuff will be coming to the network very soon now.  So, lets end on a good note.
