So now what?

With the release of version 3 settled down, we have been thinking of what is coming next for GameGum. One of the first things that come up was the issue of game submissions and users, as well as, of course, new features that would improve your experience on the site.
The game collection will now be growing at a faster rate as we have begun to clear up time for adding games. All games added by us are purely from other game sites that allow it as of now. In the future, we will be creating our own GameGum branded games, but for now all games come from either us or users who submit.
With that said, if you are a game developer, don't hesitate to submit your own games. We created GameGum with ease of use in mind. From registration to submission everything requires as little work as possible for you. Not to sound like an advertisement here, but we do understand that people have better things to do than submit their games all around the web.
As far as the site itself, we have been building plans for it as well. The next update should be as dramatic as the first two, if not more. We are working on tackling some of the larger features from out list as well as some suprises that we can't quite talk about yet. Keep posted here for news on it.
Some of the larger projected features from our list:
- Better sorting and more features on games page
- User forum integrated into the user system
- Advanced search and improvements to searching
- Artist of the day, as well as more detailed stats
With that though, I'm out. Check the front page for some new games!
