Refreshed Design

This is part one of two, so clear your cache and check out the new design! Minimalist and clean were the objectives here and I think it hits those pretty well. The functionality has also been improved when navigating, though it may take a second or two to get used to. Also, this design has been checked for compatibility with IE7 and IE6.
The second part of the refresh will focus more on the actual content layout, and will also come with an all new front page with a very new way of featuring and keeping games fresh (most likely, the details are still being worked out here).
