ToonGum Is Up

The footer link has been fixed and the site has been launched, so here's a welcoming post to ToonGum! As I mentioned earlier, ToonGum is now running on the same code as GameGum and both sites will be mutually upgraded and updated as time goes on. Check it out and for the cartoon creators here, submit some toons!
